I LOVE WHAT I DO

My Portfolio

Art has been a lifelong companion—one that has brought me joy, challenge, and reflection since childhood. In my earlier years, I was drawn to the human form, spending countless hours immersed in life drawing. Over time, my focus expanded to the intricate beauty of landscapes and the quiet elegance of still lifes, each offering its own set of challenges and rewards.

I’ve explored a wide range of media throughout my journey: Pencil, charcoal, watercolor, oil, acrylic, oil pastel, soft pastel, and water-soluble crayon. Each material has taught me something new—about technique, patience, and the subtle ways emotion can be expressed through texture and color.

My artistic education has been shaped by inspiring experiences at:

  • High School of Art & Design
  • Brooklyn Museum
  • The Art Students League
  • Columbia University
  • Louisiana State University

These places nurtured my curiosity and helped me refine my craft.

This website is more than a gallery—it’s a legacy. A space where my grandchildren and loved ones can explore the images I’ve created and the stories they hold. I hope these paintings speak not only of the subjects they depict, but of the joy I found in creating them.
